Highly recommendable, my unit in the garage was moldy and he replaced not only that but the unit outside at a very affordable price, I had some estimates by other companies and they were charging 3 times higher, I got a bigger unit outside and my house stays very cool even with the thermostat on 78, very neat and clean. A “highly skilled” technician from Kool Ray’s came to my house on an emergency service call as my air was not working and it was 100 degrees in my house with my child and pets. The technician looked at my unit, charged me $140.00 and left without fixing my air conditioner. As the next day was a holiday my child and I sat in the 100 degree house for two days. I called Kool Ray when my A/C went out on a very hot, humid day! I have severe lung problems and Kool Ray responded and fixed my A/C for me promptly! I would certainly recommend them to everyone!
