Deceptive business practices. I sent my two daughters there to get basic pedicures. They were given shellac without their consent and what should have been $30 a person turned into $60 a person. I spoke with a very rude and condescending manager who stated they were asked about upgrades in the chair and agreed to them. My daughters don't even know what ******* is and did not agree to upgrades. I doubt they would've have done had I been there. They took advantage of my daughters and should be ashamed.
