Couldn’t even stay to get my kids hair cut. The lady on the phone happily confirmed and were excited, but upon arriving the stylist was slumped in the corner of the room in a chair. Absolutely did not feel comfortable with her using sharp objects let alone near my child’s head.
My nephews and nieces love going here And myself as well! The service is always so professional fast and easy to schedule Over all the haircuts are always as expected I totally recommend to bring the family great environment for everyone 😁
Very disappointed with my experience. The stylist cut my baby’s hair terribly. I stopped her during the haircut because I could already see that it was coming out very uneven. When she noticed I was upset, she told me she didn’t have experience with kids who move and offered for me to wait for her boss to come and try to fix it. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. She also tried doubling the advertised pricing. Did not even make it inside the door. I can tell this establishment would not treat children well.
