Very poor follow up left me hanging for a week. When I finally made the initiative to follow up they said a customer was using the vehicle. Two days later I followed up again & the sales person said it was sold. Very poor follow through especially when I was ready to buy.
I talked with someone at Jim Stickman and I explained that I'm just recovering from surgery and I'm not able to travel. That I am just looking to see what area dealers have. But I have the agents name and phone number and will contact them at a later date.

I live 3 hours away from this dealership. I found the vehicle, on-line, agreed on price, date and time to test drive. The day before I was going to arrive, I was informed that the vehicle that is pictured on line was not accurate. The wheels that were pictured (20" silver rims) were swapped out with (18" rims black rims) which is an obvious step down.
