Set up test drive showed up and all went good. Agreed to asking price. He ran credit said great ran income said should all go great. Ran it through 2 banks who both said they did not like the price so they wanted $2,000 down payment. I then said I can put $1,500 down cash. That would leave $500 for them to lower the price. Called ahead to ensure vehicle was there and scheduled a time. Elizabeth was very helpful is getting me in contact with Nate J, sales rep. Arrived, greeted, vehicle was ready for test drive. Made deal and left with vehicle.

Horrible place to do business I was interested in buying a 2022 Chevy 2500 ltz called first thing on a Monday morning I was told a couple just left from looking at the truck they were going to go home and do measurements to see if it would fit in the garage and if the deal fell through they would give me a call so about an hour later I received a call letting me know the deal did fall through I took time out of my day to take pictures of my wife's car that I was going to trade in talk numbers ask for them to email me them ne... read more
Excellent service
Very poor follow up left me hanging for a week. When I finally made the initiative to follow up they said a customer was using the vehicle. Two days later I followed up again & the sales person said it was sold. Very poor follow through especially when I was ready to buy.
I talked with someone at Jim Stickman and I explained that I'm just recovering from surgery and I'm not able to travel. That I am just looking to see what area dealers have. But I have the agents name and phone number and will contact them at a later date.
