My first time going after hearing such rave reviews & the customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. We had a party of 15 & took the staff more than 10-15 min to get a table together when there was not that many people in the restaurant. After we finally ordered, we ate our food & tried to enjoy our stay. We were then told we were "too loud" for singing along with the music that was playing on the intercom, but other guests were doing the same thing & we were singled out. Customer service, customer service, customer service. You can usually get a feel for how your dining experience will be based on how attentive the wait staff is when you're seated. Today we had a bar server notice no one was helping us. We got a server but he was poor. Food was ok (fish was hot & fries were burnt and cold). It was my second time in the Cordova location. First time was awesome but this is probably my last time to visit for a while.

Not your cookie cutter burger joint! Fantastic food and great service! Our server Trish had great recommendations like fried pickles, yonge street burger, and the Memphis best burger. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who is tired of of the same old dry burger for the chains. (Cordova, Tennessee Location)

Ate at the location in Cordova on Sunday, 2/28, and the food was cold and almost raw. In addition, the girl that brought it out just slapped it on the table and said "What else do you want?" I would have sent it all back to be recooked, but I figured they would probably spit in it, or worse. I should have left without paying, but... I loved my waitress and I was at the location downtown. I always get the same burger every time I go here and today it was just not the same. The manger came out and was rude, and very short. It was the Memphis Best burger and this time it was horrible, my station is a couple blocks from here and I won't be coming back.
Great service in Cordova today from Gavin! Food was great. I recommend the prime rib sandwich. We'll be back again soon!

We were 3 adults with 6 crazy kids and Mr Bill could not have handled our party any better. Everything was wonderful, the entire wait staff was friendly and helpful and our food was delicious. Thank you for accommodating us. We will be back!
