Glada, I'm very sorry for these past two visits to our place. As you said, service like this is unusual for us, and i promise you we care a great deal about customer service. As to the service you received, there is no reason you should be waiting that long for service, I'll be looking into this issue and making sure our waitstaff is attentive from the get go. The worst. I wont be revisiting. I was left at the table over 20 min without any acknowledgement, only to be told we were seated in an area with no service. Even the manager didnt say a word until we acknowledged that no one had waited on us. Waited another 30+ for luke warm and cold food. Once the manager with the blue hair approached the table, with her had on her hip, she spoke over my mom and had a terrible attitude that even the customers at the next table were in disbelief. imagine this you order a burger with cheese only and you ask again before the waitress walks away no pickles please then you food comes 45 mins later and its covered in pickles well thats what to expect here.....
