Dr. Kooistra's staff were friendly and helpful . The appointment went smoothly. Dr Kooistra had taken the time to phone me the night before to explain the procedure- when does that happen? Wow. This Dr really cares about his patients. His medical staff was top notch. Thank you Dr K for calming my fears and taking good care of me.
