Dr.Jared is the most friendly doctor I know he not only cares about the patient but is super friendly and always helps with my issues. RECOMMEND
I have been struggling with recurrent plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, which have really limited my ability to be active. Dr Kooistra is helping me improve these conditions, which will let me resume some of my favorite activities like gardening and walking. I'm very happy with the care that I've received.

Entire staff is great, and in under a month, has done more to heal a serious back injury, than the previous 14+ months of numerous Dr & PT appointments. Forever grateful that my Dr referred me to this specific office.
