I've been going to Dr Koo's office for years and got many pairs of glasses from his office. He is knowledgeable, thorough and caring, always consider my needs and listen to my preferences. His staff are always helpful too. In my last visit, I wanted to fix the padding of one of the glasses I got before. Lian took care of it. She not only fixed the padding, replaced it with new ones but also cleaned the glasses and tightened the screws. This is the second time the staff did this to me as complimentary service.
