Chicken-centric local chain peppers the Southland from Beverly Hills to Woodland Hills with its trademark "un-fried" fowl. – In Short This Southern California restaurant chain bills itself as a healthy alternative to fried, fast-food outlets with its flavorful, helthily prepared birds. YUM....YUM.... – Hoorah!! I found a good restaurant not far from work. Yes we have to drive but parking is plentiful. The chicken is wonderful, even the skinless chicken is moist and flavorful. It's hard to make a choice of what to order for lunch. The sides dishes are so good that I can make a meal of them. The food is healthy too, so I don't feel so guilty when I order a lot.

Meals in minutes – If you must eat fast food, this isn't a bad place to do it. It's relatively healthy, as fast-food goes, and the selections are usually fresh. There are lots of them, too: You can build a meal out of side dishes like creamed spinach, mac and cheese and rice with vegetables; they serve "entrees," as well. But by far the best item on the menu is the mashed squash. It's orange, it's sweet and salty, and the texture is excellent. If you like this sort of thing, it's as good as anywhere else.
