This company took over a week to fix a water pipe in my complex—they parked all of their vehicles in my walkway to my apartment, left their items scattered after work days, and were unproductive and unprofessional; a “late start” of 15 minutes cost 4 more hours of no water for the complex (on a week day no less.) Ben and his crew were awesome and very easy to work with. So glad we had them for our digging project…..put everything back the way it was.
Our son sustained an injury while exiting a vehicle when he tripped over an uncovered pipe that had been previously worked on by this company. There were no markers, cones, or any other warnings to indicate the presence of the pipe. As a result, he required medical treatment at Shriners Hospital. The owner of the company responsible for the work falsely!!! reported to Erie Insurance that all pipes excavated on East 24th Street had been properly covered with cones.
