This is an apartment building for the elderly. We have an elderly family member living here. Our family member has physical disabilities and medical issues. The problem is that someone sporadically bangs loudly on apartment doors (mostly womens doors) in the middle of the night on a weekly basis, which absolutely terrorizes the elderly residents.
