Review for septic cleaning. The service was fine but the driver left waste product for me to clean up. I understand many items are not to be put in the toilet but with children and many guests these things happen. I nearly lost my lunch seeing this when I came home. I have used Krons many times but will not going forward. I leave this review and the attached photo for your information. I did call the business, the receptionist took my info but no one called me back.
Excellent service - Bill has gone above and beyond to help me out on multiple occasions, including after hours.
Very unprofessional drivers who don't know how to drive
Everybody at Kons is very helpful and knowledgeable. And they are always willing to go the extra mile with serving their customers. Cant rate them high enough!
Kons has always provided efficient and very friendly service without any need for clean-up after the truck leaves. A full and complete inspection with easy-to-understand explanation of what to expect in the future was performed. I'm now a graduate of Septic 101! In addition, Mr. Kons (Dave) gave me some homework in the form of digging around and replacing the inspection ports on the septic mound (Septic 102) to make it easier for the next inspection. We are grateful for the excellent results.
