Each Konikoff office is very professionally established & operated. I have been a patient for 6+ years & have been seen @ 3 different locations. I've been treated & a patient w/peridontist, Oral Surgeons, Hygenist & Dentists. Every office is professionally staffed w/curteous & highly technically proficient individuals. Appointment times are respected & waiting times have rarely exceeded 15 minutes & average wait time 7- 10 minutes thoughout my 6+ yrs experiences.
Dr. San and staff are incredibly courteous and efficient! I am always treated with respect and kindness when l walk through their doors! My procedure was handled with great care and professionalism. Dr. San has the most wonderful bedside manner, which puts a patient at ease. I was never nervous, whatsoever! I would highly recommend Dr. San! Her staff, from the front desk to the procedure room are so friendly and professional. Hopefully, I will never need another oral surgery, but if l do, I will definitely come back!
The service was very pleasant and professional from time I arrived until my departure. Certainly will recommend this dental office.
Although I wasn't crazy about getting an implant, the whole experience was pleasant. The doctor was professional and funny. I look forward to seeing her in a year. Hopefully, this will be my last implant, but the process was expedited because of the new procedure. Which I am truly thankful.
My molar was cracked and needed to be replaced with an implant. I was paying out-of-pocket. They explained in detail what was required, including the payments. The procedure was performed in two steps. First, they scan your mouth with a 3D scanner and take X-rays. That's easy. Then a while later they perform the extraction and implant in the same sitting.
