Dr.Hoag was very friendly and very informative. He took the time to explain everything as far as my treatment plan and how my future dental health will look. Dr. Kacey (correct me if I’m wrong for spelling), she was absolutely amazing. She put the numbing gel on my gums as requested. She walked away and specifically let it sit on my gums so that I would feel just about nothing when she inserted the shots.
