I was completely impressed with the entire staff. Everyone is so friendly and professional from the front desk staff, surgical techs to Dr. Brian Konikoff. The front desk staff were very helpful in explaining and guiding me through the insurance payment process to where I could understand, and further gave me an option for a payment plan to ease financial burden I was faced with.
