Very Very disappointed in there customer service and honoring their thirty day return policy. I bought a floor repair kit from them and it wasn’t what I needed for the job so I immediately reboxed the item unused and packaged the way it came. I included a written explanation of why I was returning the item with my phone number and email attached. I tried contacted them on the phone several times leaving a message with my phone number.
