This is by far the worst vendor I have ever had to deal with!. They told me color copies would be $.05 a piece, but never told me there would be escalations (hidden in fine print). When I moved the machine, they refused to help get it to work on our network stating that I had changed the service plan, which I never did, and that it no longer covered networking and then the machines quality went down and down and now that the lease is up they refuse to pick it up and it has been sitting in my garage.
