Knoxville office people never response. Whenever we call for any issues they don't have any answer. Been 4 month they never come for maintenance service. when we call them they cancel my contract.
You cannot reach these people and they will not return calls. Only reaso they got a one star is because the service workers are good and polite
They are fine with general repairs. Issue is with elevator emergency phone. Out since June and 5 tickets later local branch has not corrected issue.
