They are fine with general repairs. Issue is with elevator emergency phone. Out since June and 5 tickets later local branch has not corrected issue.

Been working on the escalator in Johnson city for months. Never stays working for more than 2 weeks before it's shut down again for months or more. Seen a heavier set employee throw a hissy fit when some young men were walking up a shut off escalator that was unblock and in use, but only for one direction. They made everyone going up wait 5-15 minutes for the elevator who's line was across the entire for court. Ill mannered, no timeliness and rude.
