This mobile home park will flat out lie to you about their policy, as to who can live with a senior. First the application tells you anyone over the age of 18 can live with the owne,r then the office witch will tell you all people have to be 55 to live at the park. Watch out for "Jan" the Witch, (Office Manager) she is just crazy and will tell you where to go. And the park is kind of a dump anyways. Dam who hires these stupid people? Or does the crap just come with the job?

I understand policies and appreciate them. They are needed to preserve order and peace. However, this management is always harrasing residents, and do not enforce the policies fairly accross. Yes, it is true that Jan is not the nicest person to manage this property. It would be nice to have people like they had before this crew.Piror to this manager, the park looked the same or better, and there were a nicer, happier environment to live in.

I lived in Kona Kai 47 years ago and even back then it wasnt the best kept park and the managers were horrible. They were big a fat and never did anything except go around and try and catch peoples pets (cats) and take them to the pound. So bad!
