Always great, but for the 1st time in over 8 years, our service wasn't the greatest. Miss communication on drinks and 1 of our groups entree didn't even get put in. he got after the whole party had already finished, but he was nice about it and super apologetic. 1 semi-poor night in over 8 years is NOT bad at all! maybe he was just overwhelmed? The food and portions were excellent as usual! Great place to eat!

The only complaint is that they had the music so loud in the main dining room that my wife and I had to practically yell to hear each other. We asked to have it turned down and apparently 3 managers couldn't make the decision so nothing happened. otherwise the food and the service was great.

My wife and I went to the Gilbert, AZ Kona this afternoon for an old favorite of ours, Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken and we were extremely disappointed. They changed the way they prepared an cooked, what used to be the tastiest thing on their menu. My wife and I mentioned our disappointment to our server and she stated they changed the way they prepared this fine dish about 9 months ago. They used to put some sort of coating on it with pieces of macadamia nuts and either pan fired or baked it. Now they put some sort of batte... read more
