We had to wait over an hour for margaritas, mix wasn’t ready. We ordered saki bombs and they were out of the little white cups that go inside the beer cups. All this at Happy Hour! Slow service

My third time in recent months, I went for my birthday in November and the HH drinks were watered down, and service was slow. Second time around, service at the bar was slow. Tonight, same level of service. Plus, upon ordering a bottle of wine, it arrived lukewarm and without ice. After I asked for ice, it arrived 30 minutes later, and the bottle was nearly empty. Kona isn't the same, will advise my friends to find other HH options, Kona will never be my first choice again.
