I am so incredibly grateful for the wonderful assistance and service I received when trying to replace a sentimental pendant that had been purchased while on holidays in Hawaii, and then stolen when we returned to Australia. It can be so difficult to find companies that will ship international, but the staff at Kona Diamond Co went above and beyond to help me out. The pendant arrived safely and I’m super happy with it - it’s exactly the same as the pendant I was trying to replace.
I stopped in to have two rings cleaned. Mike was great and explained one ring has a softer stone, so he did that one by hand to be safe. I appreciate their service!
Mike did a great job changing the battery on my Longines watch. It is difficult to access the battery compartment (it has a bunch of really tiny screws) and I’ve previously had to send it to the mainland for any service including battery changes so am very happy that Mike did a great job at a good price (and quickly). I’ll be a repeat customer
Mike and Lili are awesome people. Took in some varieties and got our monies worth for it.
