Kris is amazing, his work ethic speaks for him. He's a man of his word. Maintenance wise- super quick i never had to wait longer than a day. I highly recommend him. And komplete property management.
Kris is the best! I needed to find someone to rent my home quickly and he did just that. He found a high quality tenant within a week. I had a lot of other things that needed to be taken care of due to a prior bad tenant found by a different realtor and he did everything I needed. He changed my locks. He cleared out the house. He had it cleaned. He has a person who can do everything and anything. I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.
