Dr. Daling and her staff at Longstreet Clinic in Oakwood have taken extraordinary care of me for 10 years now. She is unfailing in her professional excellence and personal kindness.
Dr. Daling was wonderful in seeing patients. When the Longstreet Clinic billing office submitted wrong code in the claim, I talked to the billing office lady, Alicia B online for two whole days. She didn't try to contact Dr. Daling's office and insisted not doing anything to correct the claim. then I called Dr. Daling's office about this issue and left message to her nurse. Doctor Daling is wonderful! However the billing office is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life! The billing office filed a claim with a wrong code for one of my preventative care items which caused my insurance not bea ble to cover under annual checkup. I called my insurance company and was told to ask billing office to re-submit the claim with a correct code.
