Do NOT use Service Experts for your ac or heating services. I've used Service Experts out of DeLand, Fl, for over 10 years for having my ac maintenance in Palm Coast. Last October, I renewed the policy for $99 for two checkups in 2020. In February 2020, my favored tech guy came out but could not do any maintenance checkup because all the Freon had escaped from my out of warranty 11 year old ac. Right from the phone call to the service nothing but professional service.. Very pleasant . I would recommend Midway.. Although they are pricey so be prepared!.. but they do an excellent job. They call you an hour before coming out to let you know they will be there. I was pleased with the service that Gerard gave.. Wasted $130 on a service call for AC repair. I don't usually write reviews but I feel I got ripped off and do not want to see it happen to anyone else. Two "technicians" show up over an hour late. One of these guys is just there to sell you on more expensive services and to convince you to replace the whole system. The other technician first tells me the capacitor is bad, then decided the motor was faulty. However, while trying to check the motor he mistakenly blew out the circuit board. A/C went out on a Tuesday. Called Norrell Wednesday evening around 6:30pm. By 9:00 technician had fixed the problem. You were amazing. Thank you for a job well done ***** 7/16/20

This is probably the worst plumbing service. I think you can find someone who is cheaper and would do a better job. They say they are high end and that you would never know that they were there. This is not true. I had to replace my entire sewer line. It took over 6 weeks and a lot of complaints to get the new line when it should have taken 2 maybe 3 days tops to replace.
