I have been a customer of Air Engineers/Service Experts for 10 years. I had a technician come out on May 18, 2021 for my 6 month maintenance appointment. A sales rep came some time later. I'm sure the technician must have called him. It turns out my unit was now out of warranty, had leaks in the coil, and needed to be either repaired or replaced. Kevin C******* provided absolutely excellent service today! He called to notify me he was 30 minutes from arrival - always nice to get a heads-up like that. He arrived early in the appointment timeframe - also appreciated. Once at our home, he quickly and expertly connected our new AO Smith hot water heater to our furnace's Aprilaire humidifier. He explained to me what he did and showed me how to use the valve he installed. Kevin is definitely welcome back for any future plumbing needs! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely very pleased with Rolf G****** installing my new furnace and central AC replacements. Ryan was the sales person who came to give me an estimate and was very professional and answered my questions with patience. Installers were Denny and Devon and did a great job hauling out the old units and installing the new ones. Done within one day and cleaned up after themselves very well. I HIGHLY recommend Rolf G****** Service Experts to anyone that is getting ready to replace their existing HVAC system!!!!!

They tried to charge me $14,000 for a 3 ton A/C unit. Their so called " Advantage Plan " is way overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this company. I called the company and some to Lisa, and told her I was canceling the order. I also left 2 messages with a man named Lenns K**** ( I think that's how he spelled it ), canceling the order.

We were literally "duped" by a now unemployed Service Experts sales representative. He told us how great the advantage program was, especially for people when they sell their homes. Shame on me for believing him, but now here we are - selling our home. The buyout on the termination for the HVAC is $18,500.00. I am trying desperately to PAY THEM, but now I cant get them to send me the buyout or termination agreement. Its a simple request, but I have been told someone will call me back. They never do. Naveed Jailani was hired with recommendation and found to be very professional and courteous. Naveed came as per schedule and installed New Air Condition and made sure that everything is working properly. He provided valuable instructions and offered additional services what company provides. The local technicians and office staff are very good to excellent. They are reliable and trustworthy and customer oriented. ON THE OTHER HAND, the financial services and billing department in Dallas Texas is the most incompetent and clumsy business organization I have encountered in my 70 years as a consumer. They were incapable of changing from one credit card to another. They stated that adding a new credit card takes two months and they cannot use my credit authorization for any overdue payment. I purchased a new Lennox heat pump from Bob Brown Heating/Cooling five years ago. Since then I needed to replace the compressor three times. The parts were under warranty and didn't cost me anything but i was still charges over $600.00 in labor each time they replaced the compressor. They told me I could avoid paying that $600.00 charge if I would sign up for their $200.00/month service contract. After less than five years I had enough of Bob Brown and purchased a new Trane unit.
