I meant to give this review awhile back after I received my kombucha kit and book from Kombucha Brooklyn! I met these wonderful people at a concert at Stratton Mountain this June and I spontaneously decided to start brewing myself (which is something I've always wanted to do). I made an incredible batch with the kit and have continued on my own with the guidance of the book which has very thorough instructions and great ideas! Thanks so much Xo

Bought it on a trip to Brooklyn in may. Is now so hooked that I bought big balloons that take some gallons and is making both sour and sweet butch!!! Love my starterkit
On a scale of 1-10, I'm exaggerating about a 2 when I say that my Kombucha Brooklyn Home Brew Kit has changed my life. I used to spend my summers visiting wineries and drinking crisp whites in the afternoons. But these days, all I really want to drink in the afternoon is my home brew. Unlike the kombucha you buy in stores, I didn't flavor my brew with any fruits or anything -\-\ meaning I really got to really appreciate and enjoy the tea.
