When looking for options to upgrade the appearance of our plain white Multivan, KombiLife was the obvious choicem with heaps of great products and designs, all easily viewable on their website. We ordered these awesome decal stripes, which look fantastic and completely transform the appearance of the van, at a very affordable price, much lower than a more extensive or custom wrap job. I don’t often share my views on companies but when I find one that provides exceptional service it’s worth the effort. What a great team! Always responsive and on point together with a great product.
Disappointing. Theses guys just don't get back to you. Phoned and left a message with reception and was told she would pass the message on to Mark. I have now phoned back 24 hours later and no one answers the phone. I got a text back stating they had missed my call. I responded asking if Mark could phone me back. Still no response after phoning yet again.
Not impressed with the customer service. Gave us the incorrect item which was a 2 hour round trip for us to collect and they had the hide to ask me to come back to get it. Borderline rude at every interaction.
I had a very positive experience having some work done to my VW Crafter. The team were extremely knowledgeable and professional and the work is immaculate. I would definitely recommend Kombi Life and their team!
