Disappointing. Theses guys just don't get back to you. Phoned and left a message with reception and was told she would pass the message on to Mark. I have now phoned back 24 hours later and no one answers the phone. I got a text back stating they had missed my call. I responded asking if Mark could phone me back. Still no response after phoning yet again.
Not impressed with the customer service. Gave us the incorrect item which was a 2 hour round trip for us to collect and they had the hide to ask me to come back to get it. Borderline rude at every interaction.
I had a very positive experience having some work done to my VW Crafter. The team were extremely knowledgeable and professional and the work is immaculate. I would definitely recommend Kombi Life and their team!
Extremely disappointed. I ordered the side ladder over 3 months ago. When I contacted for an update I was informed the order had not even been created. Contradicts online info which states available. Then when you click on to order it states: hurry don't miss out. I struggled to actually speak with a person but via text msg I was then informed they will price air freighting the ladder then again no update.
