Asked for a service call and specifically asked them to have the system to either calibrate or know about a huge forklift we needed repairs on. I clearly explained the situation before a service call. They sent an apprentice who even informed us he was new and didn't know anything about this type of forklift. He left having done nothing and the next call which was about three weeks later the supposed lead came onsite to also tell us we need more experts as he couldn't figure it out.
