I have had the absolute worst experience building this home with Kolter. Starting off I have to say the Sales Center and Design Center people were amazing. From my experiences with them I thought the whole time was going to be great and exciting, building our home in this beautiful community. However once it went to construction it was all downhill from there. I signed my contract in April 2021. Nothing at all was done for five months they didn’t start anything until September.
