Emma W is FANTASTIC!!!! It was my 1st time to see Emma and she asked lots of questions so I would get everything I wanted but when I left the decision up to her she made good decisions. She was careful not to damage my hair and it's a really beautiful blonde.
Sharon So is the best stylist in the Baltimore/Washington area. The color always compliments your skin tone and the cut is perfect. Kolour Salon is a lovely space, not crowded and has free parking. I highly recommend Kolour and especially Sharon So.
Bre was great! Easy to talk to, great conversation, the salon was clean and super cute! She helped me figure out what to do with my hair even when I wasn’t 100% sure going in what I wanted and it turned out great!
