Based on my experience booking her through StyleSeat, I was initially excited to get my hair done. However, after making an appointment, she canceled to party with her friends. I tried to accommodate her by rescheduling, but none of the dates she offered worked for me. When I kindly requested a refund—since I wasn’t the one who canceled—she refused. Kari has been one of the only stylist to place an emphasis on obtaining healthy hair first, she also gave me my “hair confidence”. Before visiting her salon I was unable to maintain my natural hair and she recommended a Keratin treatment, since then my hair has grown atleast 7+ inches and is super thick and doesn’t stress me out. Kari provides an experience at every appointment and uses the best products. 10/10 Recommend ✅
