Made an order weeks ago and payed with paypal. Kolormatrix has difficulties to send this dryer to europe. And now they're not answering emails or messages on facebook. Really disappointed.

You ordered a D100 $1695 dryer to ship to SWITZERLAND, our $9.95 flat rate shipping is Lower 48 states of US ONLY! The cheapest freight we found was $950 and you offered to pay $300.
