Kolong Building Services recently installed a new kitchen and also sanded and resealed the floors throughout our home. Previously they had carried out a complete bathroom renovation. On both occasions Tony, Sean and all the wonderful Kolong team were reliable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with the outcome. The quality of their work is of the very highest standard and, without a doubt, superior to any of our past experiences with renovations.
Kolong provided a professional waterproofing and deck solution ahead of time. The team was punctual, professional and pro-active in discussing the solution with us for the best possible outcome. They left the site clean at the end of each workday and we would highly recommend Kolong Building Services.
I have used Tony and his team from Kolong Building Services for what must be 10 years ago now. Tony has helped with renovations in my home however the largest project was in the building and design for my wellbeing clinic in Stanmore from flooring, walls, shelving and everything in between. We also had problems with water leakage and after many tradespeople, I called Tony and he got his team to fully assess and the problem was solved. When we first moved into our home Tony, Sean and the fabulous team at Kolong renovated our bathroom from the ground up and did a magnificent job. They also undertook significant other work which was of the very highest standard. They are, without a doubt, the best builders we have ever had.
Tony has carried out two significant repairs for water penetration on a rented terrace house in Surry Hills. I found him to be reliable and prompt. He connected well with my tenant and both jobs went smoothly. He might not be the cheapest, but as Gucci said 'you are still enjoying the quality long after you've forgotten the price'.
