My husband and I visited Honolulu on our honeymoon a few weeks ago and We stumbled upon this jewelry store as we were walking down the street in Waikiki. We created a custom necklace on a Friday and planned to pick it up Monday morning. Because of hurricane Lala our travel plans were changed and we were not able to pick it up. We called the store and asked if they would ship it. They said yes right away and no questions asked. I just received my custom piece and I could not be more happy with it!
Ended up with two peach pearls from an oyster from another known pearl jeweler, stopped by Kolohe to see if I could design an anklet for less. Jasmine was very nice and helped me design something I absolutely love. Thank you!
My chain broke the first day I wore it. I wish I could have returned it, but you cannot return custom jewelry. Keep that in mind.
“Permanent” anklet broke into many pieces after less than 48 hours of wear. Complete waste of $300+. The chain is cheap costume jewelry. I knew we were overpaying at the time, but figured we’d at least have a fun vacation memory to last a while. What a disappointment. Edit: While I still don’t think the jewelry was sturdy enough to warrant the price, I appreciate that the store was willing to exchange as long as I send the many broken pieces back.
