I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Kolohe. My boyfriend bought me a necklace from here while visiting Hawaii, marketed as gold-filled and “good quality.” Sadly, its the opposite. After only a couple of wears, the necklace tarnished and turned black, looking more like cheap stainless steel than anything remotely close to gold-filled. I was really excited to get a permanent bracelet last Friday while visiting Waikiki, especially since I’ve had permanent jewelry before and never had any issues. Unfortunately, less than a week later, I noticed the bracelet had completely fallen off my wrist without me realizing. Brittini was sooo nice and helpful. A pair of earrings wasn’t in the system and she texted me as soon as it was resolved. Absolutely obsessed with the earrings and pendent I got. So beautiful and dainty
