The staff was great and very accommodating. We had a great time.
Rude and awful 4 hour check in process. Sofa bed=tortuous Pool closed more often than open due to being over run with pooping babies that should have a baby pool area~ not access to the big pool. One tiny restaurant, tiny closet sized market. This is no “resort”. Glorified timeshare.
Beautiful resort plenty of room so you don’t feel like it’s crowded , plenty of daily activities and close to a poipu beach at a walks distance
Best time by the pool! Friendly people, very attentive! Beautiful food, delicious cocktails and yummy burgers!!
After an awful experience at another spot on the island, we quickly chose this resort and booked here for the remainder of our stay. It has been awesome and we are so sad to leave tomorrow. From the washer and dryer in our room to the beautifully maintained property, this place is paradise for us. We have had such a great time and typically don’t visit two places twice, but really want to come back here.
I love this place! I had the pleasure of partaking in the Luau Moana Aloha. To my understanding this is a new event to the resort. The management and staff was very attentive. Andy Evers walked around thanking each guest and congratulated the ones who were celebrating an event. I felt a warm aloha vibe here. The food was outstanding! Upscale Hawaiian/modern vibes were the theme in each dish. The entertainment had me engaged and at awe. I recommend this luau for anyone and all. Aloha and mahalo Koloa Landing Resort and spa.
I think this place is awesome. We just returned 2 days ago from a week stay(6/12/18- 6/19/18). My family has been coming back every other year; I believe this was our 4th stay. New from our last visit was an additional pool. It is amazing. There are 3 pools total. I found the staff to be extremely friendly. The villas are nicely furnished and very comfortable.
