Made a trip for nothing, after calling and confirming with a gentleman on the phone that I could use the new jewelry I just bought. The lady refused my service unless I bought their jewelry. Never had this problem with the tattoo shop that I use back home.

It is nothing against you and it isn't about the money.It is about the customer having the best possible healing experience. This place was extremely clean and the workers were very friendly. Kolo went out of there way by offering to stay open after regular hours so that I could get my piercing. I love them and the shop and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for an awesome experience!

I was referred here by Rhonda at the front desk. They sanitize the jewelry for 25 minutes, which I have not seen and I have been to two different places in the past to get piercings. Chuck did an awesome job and was very nice. The other guy, did not catch his name, was super friendly too. I will be coming back here often...probably tomorrow!
