Yet again Tom came through for me. I recently got the sump pump replaced by a drainage company. Being a woman I have trust issues. I asked Tom who inspected my home before, to come and inspect the sump installation. After he confirmed that everything was done correctly I felt at ease. Good to have someone who can tell you the truth for what it is. A few heavy rain falls have happened and yes the sump was installed correctly as no flood issues have occurred. Thank you Tom!

He is very thorough and is committed to providing accurate and descriptive feedback on the properties that his company has inspected for me.
