This firm is a joke. Beware! I was pressured to settle my case 3 months ago, and they have never sent my settlement check. I have had to file a complaint with the DA and the State Bar as this bunch has given more excuses than can be believed. I don't think there is an honest person within the firm. If you want incompetence, arrogance and lies, by all means hire them. If you want honest and ethical representation, avoid these unsavory characters at all costs.
I highly recommend the koller firm they are very professional and communicate on point they keep you update in every aspect to the case it was a pleasure having koller represent me in my case and I thank you very very much.
At the lowest point in my life, David and his staff were there for me. Listened to me cry and wanted the best for me. David is a very caring individual, along with being a skilled litigator. My life can start a new chapter now with confidence knowing that someone believed in me. I knew what to expect and he spelled things out in laymen's terms so I could understand. You can't go wrong with him and his staff.
Dave was the best of the best I could ever ask for in a lawyer, he focused on exactly what I was asking and got me just that and didn’t settle unless I was happy.
