Dr. Koller was exceptional with my daughters eye tubes and then the removal.
Dr. Koller failed to inform me that the eye test I would be receiving would cause my vision to blur for hours. Since I drove myself to his office, it is irresponsible for his office not to notify a patient. He also failed to provide protective eyewear after pupil dilation. Finally, despite paying my co-pay on the date of service, I received multiple bills from him. Despite numerous phone calls to his office, and their promise to notify his billing company that I do not have a balance, I still receive bills with threats of co... read more
The worst eye doctor my family ever saw. Very out of date and out of touch with his profession. He should retire and give everyone their money back. We cannot even get in touch with anyone in his office ever. A waste of time and money. Run as far away as possible from this office!!!!!
Wonderful expeience for my child say many parents through the years.
