I was looking at my lawn the other day and noticed this weed popping up all over my yard. I've been a customer of Kollegiate for quite a while now so last night I sent an email to Kevin asking about my lawn. First thing this morning he was at my house taking a look at it. If I could give a negative score, I would. I prepaid Kollegiate Lawn Care for this season (2024). The service and customer relations are the worst I have ever experienced. As you can see by the photos, I have weeds…lots of weeds. I contacted them first thing this morning ( June 24, 2024) and asked for a meeting. I was told by the girl on the phone that I would receive a call back. That call never came. I called again a few hours later, spoke with the same girl and asked for a status update. I just wanted to take a moment to provide a review for Kollegiate Lawncare. We have a large property and have been working with Kollegiate since we moved here 4 years ago. They are incredibly professional and their eye to detail is exceptional. As I mentioned we have a large property and they don’t miss any areas when it comes to fertilizing and weed control applications.
