Just wanted to say how very disappointed I am with Koldair. And honestly, was expecting better results. Here is why I'm disappointed. On April 25, 2019 my mother had her A/C unit replaced and through the good folks at Rebuilding Together, they helped arrange this and chose Koldair for the job. Unfortunately, last week, I think it was April 29, 2020 the A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. Their service has been consistently great from recommendation by our seller's agent when we bought our home in 2016 to now! We love their spring/fall check-up package and associated repair discount. Highly recommend!
If I had the option to give zero stars I would. This company is terrible and will scam you and take your money. My boyfriend and I are first time homeowners and as you can imagine we have plenty to deal with and to learn and we’ve learned our lesson with this company. Our AC unit would trip out and shut off, you’d have to reset the breaker to get it to come back on. Then it would trip again.
