Kold Draft was just sold again. They were bought out be Scotsman, but Scotsman don't do warranty on this brand. They send you to a company in Colorado that doesn't know anything about warranting these machines, have no parts, have no answer how us Repair companies can get paid for repairs. Been waiting for 6 months for 2 claims!
