2 weeks ago I went to the Honda Service Center to get my battery replaced. It was still under warranty and they were going to prorate the price of the battery, however, the prorated cost was more than me just purchasing a new battery at Costco or AAA where I can get a full warranty on it. I had a really bad experience with this branch( Kolbe Honda). Few days ago i went to DMV and i paid 219$ for my car registration and i got the sticker which i should attached to my license plate. I put this sticker in my car's dashboard and drove to Kolbe Honda for oil change. Two days after that i realized that they have stolen the sticker and even i had a box of gum and they emptied it. 1st Time Customers / Honda Recall Customers :: BEWARE of Lee Moss (old guy) and manager Richard Sugarman-- They WILL rip you off! August 14 the Friday, I took my minivan to Kolbe service center.
