I shopped around to find a dentist that took both my daughter and my dental insurance and found Dr. Kolakowski. Over the phone, they were really nice. When we arrived, they were really nice. My daughter even received a welcome gift. My daughter is interested in orthodontics and they do it in-house as well. As always, Jennifer makes dental cleaning feel like a happy event and she does a great job too. This is why I requested cleaning twice a year because I feel clean and good after her she's done with her job. This is the way a practice should run. Between the state of the art equipment, the txt/email appointment notification system and specifically the way that Dr. Bill character worked with my four year old this is a dentist you can be proud to recommend to friends and neighbors.Attention to detail is apparent in everything they do - from the billing and explanation of benefits, the brand of imaging devices and equipment they use (no, they didn't go with the lowest bidder) right down to the root canal I just had. Due to an insurance change, I had to change dentists, which I was not thrilled about doing. When I walked in the office I was so impressed with everything from the warm greetings to the state of the art equipment. I am very happy with the new dental office.
