I'm a recent new patient seeing Dr. Kolakowski, I have had the deep cleaning process a day ago, and I can tell you my experience thus far has been great. The office staff is courteous and professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kolakowski for 12 years. He has always treated me well. Being a bit afraid of dentists, Dr Dave has provided me with pain free treatment. Also, his office staff is really friendly as are his assistants.

My most recent experience with Dr. Kolakowski and his staff was great, in spite of the circumstances. I had chipped a tooth over the weekend, was scheduled to be seen on Monday, left the office with a temporary crown, and an appointment scheduled to have the permanent crown seated in 3 weeks. Dr. K and his staff are, accommodating, pleasant, and efficient. I would, and have, recommended them highly.
