Always feel comfortable during appointment. Dentists are aware of my dental phobia and treat my fear with respect and sometimes......humor!
My son needed a cavity filled, and he is terrified of needles. Dr Bill Ziecina was awesome with him!! He made my son (and me) feel very comfortable!! He talked through what he was going to do every step of the way, to ease my son's mind. He was very friendly, personable, and honest. We have been looking for a new dentist and we've found it in Dr. Ziecina!!
Very relaxed but professional. Have been going to Dr. Kolakowski for many years and am very pleased with his work and the cooperation of his executive office staff. For a dentist, he ain't a bad guy.
