Always a great experience. From the time I arrived, I encountered nothing but excellence. The receptionist took the time to find out that I had two policies with the same company, both effective and took the time to give me copies of the info she obtained so I could further investigate it at home. My hygenist was friendly, gentle and very patient as I am deaf in my right ear and she had to repeat instructions frequently. Dr Tye, another asset to the office. Dr. Tye provides a brief explanation of the dental technique he is administering and how it will help. He also explains why certain conditions may exist and how to prevent them. His knowledge inspires confidence and his approach is professional and compassionate.
People somehow don't believe your smile in some way is your calling card. The dentist can be a scary place and a terrifying experience but not today. The professionalism of this office is impeccable, customer service is so important and the front desk represent the office well from check-in to checkout. I had my teeth cleaned today by Jennifer and Dr.K examined my teeth. Everything went smooth! It is always a pleasure to have a dentist and a hygienist make you feel so at ease.
