Very professional and outstanding service. I had an issue and they took me in that day and addressed it in an efficient manner. The out of pocket cost was very reasonable. I would recomment Dr. Kolakowski for dental services.

Amazing office! Always clean, neat, friendly and on-time. The location is great and I have had no issues scheduling. I have been seeing Dr. Tye and he is awesome. I have zero complaints about the work I have had done. I really feel like this is the best dentist I have ever seen.
